I decided to try something new because I am diabetic I do't use sugar turn out pretty great I call it my Oat bar.
3 or 4 Mash ripe Bananas 1 cup Peanut Butter (all natural) 21/2 cups Oats 1 tablespoon Cinnamon 1 tbs or 1/2 tbs Nutmeg (optional) 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract. (optional) Nuts are optional.
Mix all together and Bake at 350 for 20 -25 minutes in a non stick or greased pan.
